This is a place for the community of learners in Room 8-17 to learn and enjoy math. It is an extension of the classroom making it accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Nice post, Soki! You should include the questions to go with your answers. I think you should've drawn your graph on a grid. The intervals of the y-axis on your first and last graph, aren't rising at a consistent rate. For your last graph you shouldn't go up by 5 then suddenly start going up by 3's. Also, you should title your first graph. In your situation, for example, you should've titled your x-axis "Number of Guardians" and your y-axis, "Number of Students." I think you could've came up with a better situation than that because it didn't make very much sense. A better situation could've been, "I buy a certain amount of cupcakes and the lady offers a buy 1 get 1 free deal, so I get double the amount. My sister eats one. Now I have ____ left over." Something like that. Put more effort into your posts and you'll do better next time!
