V: a) This is not even close to fair.
b) This doesn't seem very fair and just.
c) This isn't fair because the homeless guy is sent to prison for 15 years for stealing only $100, while on the other hand the CEO is sent to prison for only 40 months for a $3 billion fraud.
d) I would have sent the CEO to jail for 6 years because that was the original term sought by the federal prosecutors. Then I would have sent the poor man to jail for 3 years because the minimum prison sentence for 1st degree robbery in Louisiana is 3 years, but I would lessen it to 2 years because he voluntarily surrendered himself and only stole 100 bucks.
Bonus Question:
How many kids does it take to measure one tree?
His Definitions were very good, along with his examples and pictures. His questions are also good because he did them properly and provided explanations. Finally his decision for the last question is very good. He should spend more time trying to explain is the judgments were fair or not.
