### Julius (O.J) Proportion Post

Part 1

Ratio-The quantitative relation between two amounts showing the number of times one value contains or is contained within the other.
Ex.
Juice:Total
10:20

Rate-Rate is a ratio that compares two quantities of different units.
Ex.
10 juice/1\$

Proportion-A proportion is an equation written in the form stating that two ratios are equivalent.Two sets of numbers are proportional if one set is a constant times the other.

2.With what you know about proportion look and read what is in the image above? 100\$=15 years in jail that's just unfair if you were on that situation you would probably done the same thing so he should not go in jail and have someone to take care of  him because he is homeless.
3.Does it seem just and fair?    No it is not seem just and fair for a homeless man stole 100\$ return the money back and admit that he stole it go to jail in 15 years.
4.Why have you made this choice? Because this guy return the money and admit that he stole it and the only reason he did it is because he is homeless and hungry.
5.What would you have done if you were the judge? Not make him go to jail and let someone take care of him because he is homeless.
